Malolactic fermentation is done in barrel and aged 12-14 months on lees and the wine is bottled without filtration

In the mouth the wine is the wine complex, wonderfully fresh and lively, slightly minerally, with a very nice challenging mix of ethereal sweetness, fine acidity and interesting salty note.
