red cherry and dried berry aromas
It is entirely from pre-phylloxera grapes
it is racked and left for 6 months on its lees

Produced by Methode Champenoise and aged on lees 12 months, which is far more than the minimum of 9 months required by law for production of Methode Champenoise wines.
