Flavour: Hints of butterscotch and almond

While approachable in its youth

Named after the house-cooling breeze of our ‘Lake Doctor’

5% Cabernet Franc

Tar & Rosés Rosé Mediterraneo chateau-palmer Not your typical Clare ValleyLifted aromas of French Charentais (cantaloupe) melons with hints of pink grapefruit and a sweet citrus pith character. A touch of minerality and musk sticks. The palate reflects the nose; fresh and lively with pink grapefruit notes that combine beautifully with the sweet melon flavour. A balanced, textural wine that finishes crisp and clean.
