Champagne Fleury Blanc De Noir 1.5L NV pierre-marie-chermette biscuity nougat and spiceThe Blanc de Noir is a 100% Pinot Noir masterpiece crafted from 30 year old vines, blending over 50% reserve wines with base wines from the 2019 vintage. Fermented in temperature controlled vessels and enriched by reserve wines matured in foudres since 2007, it offers remarkable depth, complexity, and balance. Biodynamic practices and 3 5 years of lees aging enhance its finesse, while a low dosage of 3. 2g L highlights its purity. Bottled in June 2020
