M. Chapoutier Saint Joseph Les Granilites Blanc 2018 longview mocha aromas and touches ofChapoutiers Les Granilites is made from Marsanne grapes. Bright straw colour with pale gold tinged edges and a watery hue. The nose features aromas of ripe peaches and subtle dried apricots which are intermeshed with honeycomb, oily toast like notes and cinnamon spice. Rich peach and apricot fruits are tied to notions of honeycomb and bacon fat. Texturally full and luscious in the mouth with some ginger spice presenting itself on the back half. Nicely
