La Manufacture Chablis Grand Cru Les Clos 2014 Size::6 Bottle Case Impressive for its laser-like focus

Impressive for its laser-like focus and mouthwatering finish

would we drink the wine ourselves

with some new barrels used in the maturation this year

The nose serves up aromas of red plum and red liquorice infused with clove followed by some vanillin cedar and peppered meat notes

piquant and not all too sweet

La Manufacture Chablis Grand Cru Les Clos 2014 Size::6 Bottle Case Impressive for its laser-like focusA brilliant pale yellow colour with greenish hints. The noble nose has a beautiful array of mineral, floral, honey, and candied lemon. After a bold attack, this fleshy wine is structured and vigorous on the palate. This Chablis Grand Cru is very concentrated and has a fantastic length.
