Tim Adams Shiraz Size::6 Bottle Case beaucoup qualitéPlum, golden fruitcake, sage and mint, toasty vanilla oak. Medium to full bodied, comes with a bit of tangy acidity through the middle, but red and black fruits do the trick, and almost silky tannin slides through the wine.
