As with all of his wines, the goal is to create a drop that celebrates the beautiful and complex landscapes of the area. With a blend of tank and barrel fermentation (both with wild yeasts and minimal additions), this is a drink heavy on gorgeous citrus aromas and a slightly creamy texture. There's no shortage
