Tjilkamala Rockholes - A-Line Mini Dress - Blue and Teal on Hessian (Linen) Option:XS which depicts the puli puliThis A line mini dress by Alice Nampitjinpa Dixon depicts Takupalangu, west of Kintore her father Uta Uta Tjangala's Country of rockholes (puli) and sandhills (tali). Takupalangu is a big swamp filled with bush vegetables called mungilpa. When Alice was a small girl she travelled this Country with her family, her mother collecting mungilpa and pummelling it into damper. Alice's Tjukurrpa is the porcupine Tjilkamala scurrying about the rockholes and
